For emergencies involving fire, flood, sudden heat/cooling shutdowns, sudden loss of water or sewer services, crime issues, Management notifies affected residents in three ways: targeted emails, flyers at residents’ doors, and immediate posting of flyers in the hallways.
Emergency Contact Information – Resident Data Form
In emergencies, it is sometimes necessary for Management to be able to contact you or notify someone you designate about a situation. The Resident Data Form is intended to assist Management in contacting you or your designee if an emergency or other need should arise. Data you provide will not be used or disclosed other than for official purposes of the McLean Gardens Condominium. Units owners and tenants should update the Resident Data Form in even numbered two years and when any changes in the composition of the household occur, and if different designees are appointed.
Important Note: Pool Pass Applications will not be processed unless you have a current Resident Data Form on file in the office.
